Green Gold Forestry is offering investors the opportunity to participate in an ethical, green, sustainable and profitable business. We are planting hardwood teak* and mahogany* trees (tectona grandis and swietenia macrophylla) on deforested land in the tropical Amazon jungle in Peru. The plantations will be harvested over 25 years providing income from timber sales. We are offering you the opportunity to purchase saplings in our plantations and own the economic rights to those trees until they are harvested. You can take great satisfaction from the fact that you are helping to save the natural jungle, offsetting your carbon footprint and alleviating poverty in a fully certified project.

Our experts will manage the growth of your trees assuring maximum returns on your investment. At different stages of the growth cycle thinning will be done to ensure maximum growth of the remaining trees. This thinning generates income, providing you with returns during the 25 years.

Clients can purchase lots of 100 trees at £5,000 per lot. Our projections indicate a return of £56,820 over 25 years, which represents a return of circa 12% per annum.

Although the maximum returns are projected by waiting to harvest your trees at 25 years, clients can resell their lots at any time on the open market and Green Gold Forestry offers to purchase your lots directly any time after 5 years with a return of 5%.
