The Forest Stewardship Council and Instituto Nacional de Recursos Naturales

The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) is an independent organization promoting responsible management of the world's forests with a certification system. We are committed to their standards as we share the common view of promoting environmentally appropriate, socially beneficial, and economically viable management.

Additionally, GGF operates within the guidelines of the Peruvian Forestry Law, which is administered by INRENA (Instituto Nacional de Recursos Naturales), the Peruvian Government authority. Everything we do regarding our plantations is closely inspected by INRENA and all of the necessary permits and paperwork are reviewed and approved by them.
